May your gifts bless the world...

Hi all, Kendall's mom here.  Like most mothers with an autistic child, I have had my struggles, made mistakes but always wanted the best for my son.  Love and acceptance are absolutely key.  Our children need our help and encouragement to find and use their God given talents.  Kendall's catch phrase of "may your gifts bless the world" is no accident.  From an early age we chose to focus on his strengths and pick the battles that seemed to matter the most.  He is an accomplished artist who has been blessed to display his work at a special event at the New York Metropolitan Museum of Art but has never been able to master tying his shoes.  We made it through the early years and he is now a college graduate.  Now we embark on the struggles of an adult on the autism spectrum.  Send me your questions and Kendall and I will have special video sessions where we do out best to answer them.
